Webster Eleven is located at 1100 Webster Street in downtown Oakland, a few blocks from the 12th Street/Oakland City Center BART station. The community is near Oakland Chinatown, Old Oakland, Lake Merritt, and Jack London Square.

Webster Eleven is located in downtown Oakland’s Civic Center area, adjacent to Oakland Chinatown. Residents are close to the restaurants and markets of Chinatown, the shops and dining in Old Oakland, Lake Merritt, and the Jack London Square waterfront.

Studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedrooms

Kitchens feature white or black quartz countertops, tile backsplashes, dark wood cabinetry with under-cabinet lighting, kitchen islands*, and Kohler® chrome fixtures. Samsung stainless steel appliances include a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. Bathrooms feature tiled floors, white or black quartz countertops, and either glass-enclosed showers or deep soaking tubs with tile surrounds.

Each apartment includes a full-size washer and dryer in a dedicated closet, dark wood-style vinyl-plank flooring, large windows with Mecho® rolling shades, central air conditioning and heating, a smart thermostat with Bluetooth connectivity, and a keyless Latch® entry system. Additional features include spacious closets with built-in organizers and oversized private patios or balconies with views of Oakland.*

Webster Eleven offers a 24-hour fitness center with TRX, cardio, and strength-training equipment, along with a group fitness studio for yoga and spin. Residents also have access to a coworking lounge, complimentary Wi-Fi in amenity spaces, a lobby lounge with a coffee bar, two rooftop lounges with televisions, grilling areas, and skyline views, and an interior courtyard with bocce ball, a pool table, and outdoor gathering areas.

Additional amenities include a 4,000-square-foot rooftop dog park, a full pet spa with wash and dry stations, bike storage with a repair station, Luxer® package lockers with cold storage, valet dry-cleaning service, controlled building access, an access-controlled parking garage, and on-site management and maintenance. Residents can also participate in the Bilt Rewards program and use Envoy Technologies™ on-demand electric vehicles. A lobby transit screen provides real-time BART arrival information.

Welcomes cats and dogs and provides a 4,000-square-foot rooftop dog park and an on-site pet spa with washing and grooming areas. Two pets per apartment, including cats and dogs. The community offers access-controlled, covered garage parking. Unreserved, reserved, and electric-vehicle parking options may be available for an additional monthly fee.

The 12th Street/Oakland City Center BART station is approximately two blocks away, while the Lake Merritt and 19th Street BART stations are each within about half a mile. Residents can also reach the Oakland–Jack London Square Amtrak station and Oakland Ferry Terminal within approximately one mile. The lobby includes a transit screen displaying real-time BART arrivals.

Webster Eleven is located in downtown Oakland, within approximately half a mile of Oakland City Center, Frank H. Ogawa Plaza, Oakland City Hall, and the surrounding office and retail district. The 12th Street/Oakland City Center BART station is approximately 0.2 miles away, while the Lake Merritt and 19th Street/Oakland BART stations are within approximately half a mile.

Interstate 880 and Interstate 980 are both less than a mile away, providing connections to I-580, Highway 24, the Bay Bridge, the greater East Bay, and Oakland International Airport.

Nearby employers include the City of Oakland, Alameda County, and The Clorox Company’s headquarters within the surrounding downtown area. Kaiser Permanente Oakland Medical Center is approximately two miles away.

Howden Market is approximately half a mile away for everyday groceries and prepared foods. Old Oakland and Swan’s Market are also within about half a mile, offering local restaurants, shops, and services.
